Emily- I loved your video post! I am in a relationship where I'm the one who braces for the worst and he expects the best. Your video has helped me to realize that I want to be better at expecting the best because I want it to become better. I agree with you that realistic expectations is the key- which is why I am going to start there. Thanks for your awesome post!
